          Complete Description

          The Concierge shall deliver the highest level of customer service to all guests of Western Regional Medical Center. He/She will be continually assessing and anticipating the needs of the guests and will find ways of satisfying those needs in a cheerful and professional manner. The Concierge will direct the valet staff in a manner that will limit the physical responsibilities of the guests in loading/unloading luggage and parking their vehicles.

          * High school diploma or equivalent
          * 3 years customer service experience in a hospitality setting
          * Healthcare experience a plus
          * Excellent communication skills
          * Computer proficiency

          Additional Information

          Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
          Rotating Shifts may be required.
