          Develops and supports ASIC / standard cell based reliability verification flows based around the Apache RedHawk tool. Gives hands-on technical guidance and assistance to internal and external customers in effective and efficient use of the tools, and in debugging issues.

          Qualifications:
          Minimum degree requirement of BSEE plus 4 years, or MSEE plus 2 years.

          Additional Qualifications include:
          - Experience using RedHawk or similar standard cell based reliability verification tools.
          - Experience with ASIC static timing analysis and physical design tools, such as PrimeTime and ICC.
          - Familiarity with component and device level reliability issues, including electromigration, device and interconnect self-heating.
          - Familiarity with fullchip ASIC and power grid layout and analsyis, such as IR Drop, ESD, and latchup.
