          The SWB Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the SWB Restaurant Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. Eagerness to delight the guests during every interaction is required for this position. Primary duties include active guest engagement, greeting tables, offering water service, providing drink refills, course setting, providing assistance to servers.

          Qualifications:

          * Maricopa County food handler's card is required.
          * Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
          * Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
          * Availability on weekends, mornings, evenings and/or holidays is required.
          * Prior bussing experience preferred.
          * A true desire to satisfy the needs of guests in a fast paced environment.
