Massage Envy/Brovitz Group is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual with outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in accurately performing key operational functions and providing management support in a high-volume retail wellness clinic.

If this IS you..........
3+ years previous membership sales experience in a customer-facing retail, spa environment.
1-2 years in retail management role.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and computer skills (software and hardware).
Highly professional, organized, ethical and self-motivated.
Able to manage multiple priorities, make sound, timely decisions, delegate, and be accountable for results.
Reacts well under pressure, accepts responsibility for own actions, follows through on commitments.
Adaptable, flexible, and hands-on – willing and able to perform any and all tasks at any time.
Understands and is able to translate clinic goals into action.
Uses problem-solving skills to improve front-office efficiency and customer satisfaction with a bias for action.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
Able to translate customer feedback and personal insight into meaningful and actionable clinic improvements.
Strong work ethic, reliability, integrity and a relentless commitment to customers.
This is a sales, customer service and assistant management position and NOT a clerical, office management position.
