POSITION: Tour Guide

REPORTS TO: Guest Services Manager



As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for conducting daily tours of the University of Phoenix Stadium for fans and guests around the world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other Duties may be assigned

  • Assist with Tour Program, as a rotating tour guide on Tour days or Private Tours.

  • Interact and guide visitors through walking tour of the University of Phoenix Stadium.

  • Provide fulfilling and quality experiences for all guests who partake in the Stadium Tours, including Corporate Tours, Special Events, Private Tour Groups, and Public Tours

  • Responsible for knowledge of the University of Phoenix stadium and history provided by Tours department.

  • Monitor all areas of University of Phoenix Stadium tour route as well as monitoring guests movement on tour.

  • Welcome guests to tour prior to start times.

  • Set up tour TV and video prior to guests' arrival.

  • Provide best-in-class tour experience with excellent public speaking skills and guests interaction; provide a cohesive, timely, engaging, and factual tour script delivery; be knowledgeable of home team's history, facts regarding the stadium infrastructure, and all present, and future stadium events.


  • Friendly, outgoing and personable. Excellent Guest Services skills required!

  • Strong public speaking skills.

  • A team player. Must work well with others.

  • Flexible schedule: Availability to commit at least (3) days a week

  • Previous tour guide experience preferred.

Required Training:

All new hires will attend a general tours and service orientation. As a Tour Associate, new team members will receive the necessary information and tools that must be learned to successfully deliver tours. All participants will be required to pass tests on material and apply the acquired knowledge to their role as a Tour Guide for the University of Phoenix Stadium.
