Mayo Clinic Patient Service Representative - Phoenix Campus in Phoenix, Arizona
Performs various clerical, electronic, and customer service duties including the management, maintenance, and flow of patient information (medical records and test reports); telephone support to physicians and clinical personnel; assists patients and visitors; obtains vitals on patients; and performs a variety of other support activities. Interacts directly with physicians, technologists, therapists, patients, and their significant others.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
Excellent communication skills.

Prior customer service, clerical, and computer experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $16.68 per hour.
