Community Health Systems Customer Service Representative in Tucson, Arizona


The Tucson Shared Services Center is seeking Customer Service Representatives.


Handles customers' inquires in a professional manner. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills for internal and external customers with dignity and respect. Able to diffuse problems and alert Coordinator/Manager of potential issues. Accepts responsibility and maintains confidentiality.


Education: High School or equivalent

Experience: Two (2) yrs Hospital/Physician Business office experience to include knowledge of collections and EOB processing.

Skills: Answer telephones, balance figures, compile statistics, compose letters/memos, computer literate, data entry, develop office procedures, maintain filing system and logs and research.
